UK based, Off Shore, with or Without Accounts, Newly Formed
Companies and none UK residents.
Each proposal will
be assessed on its own merits.
Full status,
Semi status, Nonstatus and Nonconforming cases considered loans are
available for any legal purpose.
Clients with
adverse credit, county court judgments, and other credit problems are still
welcome to apply.
Security
The lender will
require the first or second charge against either land or property.
Countries of Security
Loans are
available for properties/land in most European Union Countries.
Loan
to Value - Up to
65% of open
marker value and with additional security this can be increased.
Minimum Loan

Maximum Loan
No upper limit.
Term
Minimum 1 month
to 12 months and longer terms available on request.
